Check in rules

The airline does not offer online check-in on its website. Passengers must check in at the airport. On domestic flights, check-in kiosks open 30 minutes before departure and close 15 minutes before departure. On international flights, check-in counters open 1-3 hours before departure and close 30-60 minutes before departure. The time varies depending on the departure airport.

The airline allows one small hand baggage item measuring 19 x 40 x 46 cm. The weight must be no more than 5 kg. On international flights to Canada, passengers are allowed 25 kg of check-in baggage. Passengers are allowed 23 kg of check-in baggage on flights to or from Paris.

Unaccompanied minors

Children over the age of five can travel alone. A minors' accompaniment service is compulsory for children 5-12 years old. For children over the age of 12 years, the minors' escort service is not compulsory and cannot be booked at the parents' request.

A child between 14 days old and two years old is considered an infant and may travel on a parent's lap. Each adult passenger may only carry one infant on their lap, subject to applicable fees. However, an additional seat must be purchased at the child's fare if there is a second infant.
