Check-in can be done online (via the website or mobile app) or at the airport. Online registration begins 24 hours before departure and ends 60 minutes before departure. Check-in desks open three hours before departure and close 45 minutes before departure.

Baggage

You may carry onboard items which fall within the two piece carry-on / sky check allowance: one carry-on bag or suitcase (wheels and handles included in the size) and one personal article like a briefcase, laptop computer, diaper bag, camera case, cartons, or another similar item. Hand baggage allowance: 23 cm x 40 cm x 55 cm, 10 kg. A Checked Bag is defined as a single item with a maximum weight of 23kg (50lb.) and a maximum linear dimension of 158 cm (62in.)

Unaccompanied minors

Children between the ages of five and eleven may travel alone as unaccompanied minors on Central Mountain Air flights. No more than two unaccompanied minors are allowed on a flight.

Infants

Children under two years of age are considered infants. An infant may fly without a seat on the plane but must sit on the lap of an accompanying adult. If one adult travels with two infants, one seat must be purchased for one infant, and the other may be held on the lap.

Pets

Smaller aircraft may have a limit on how many pets are permitted in the cabin. Contact customer service for more information. Small cats and dogs can travel in the cabin with Central Mountain Air if the combined weight of the pet and carrier does not exceed 10 kg. For pets traveling in the cabin, carriers must not exceed the dimensions of 23 cm x 38 cm x 44 cm. Larger animals can travel as checked baggage with Central Mountain Air.
