Registration can be done online (via the website or mobile app) or at the airport. Online check-in begins 24 hours before departure and ends 60 minutes before departure. Registration desks open three hours before departure and close 30 minutes before departure.

Passengers are allowed to take on board hand luggage with a maximum size of 60 x 40 x 28 cm, and weighing up to 10 kg. The maximum weight of checked baggage is 23 kg, size up to 158 cm (sum of all dimensions).

The unaccompanied minor service is mandatory for a child aged 5-14 traveling without an adult. Children ages 14-18 are not required to travel as unaccompaniedminorsr, but the service isalso optional for this age groul.

Children under two years (24 months) do not need a separate seat. Only one infant per adult is allowed per lap. If one adult is traveling with more than one infant under the age of two years, a separate seat must be purchased for each additional infant.

On Cayman Airways flights, no more than four pets are allowed in checked baggage and no more than two pets in the cabin (1 in Business Class and 1 in Economy Class). Small dogs, cats, and pets may fly in Cayman Airways cabin as long as their carrier dimensions do not exceed 58cm x 33cm. Animals traveling on Cayman Airways Express may not weigh more than 10 kg. Animals that exceed cabin carry-on limits may be accepted as checked baggage if their weight does not exceed 44 kg.
