Registration can be done online (via the website or mobile app) or at the airport. Online check-in begins 24 hours before departure and ends 60 minutes before departure. Registration desks open three hours before departure and close 60 minutes before departure.

The carrier can allow a free cabin luggage, which is defined by the carrier and may differ by class, route and / or aircraft type. It is recommended that the cabin luggage be maintained at a minimum. Children from 5 to 7 years old can travel independently only on direct flights or with intermediate connections, i.e. flights on which the youngest does not need to change planes. Minors aged 8 to 14 years old may travel alone on a direct flight or on flights operated by the same airline. Minors aged 15 to 17 can travel alone. The service for unaccompanied minors is not mandatory, but is available for an additional fee.

Infants are defined as children under two years of age. Infants younger than seven days old are not allowed on the flight. Infants may fly without a seat on the airplane, i.e. on the lap of an accompanying adult. If you wish, you can buy a seat for an infant at the infant fare. One adult may travel with two infants. In this case, you need to buy one seat for one infant, and the other can be on the lap of the adult.

Small cats and dogs can accompany their owners in the cabin if the combined weight of the pet and carrier does not exceed 11 lbs (5 kg). Pets who exceed the weight limit to travel in the cabin, or those traveling alone, may be accepted as cargo instead. For pets traveling in the cabin, carriers must not exceed the dimensions of 50 cm x 25 cm.
