Passengers can complete their check-in in one of the following ways: mobile check-in (check-in via app), online check-in, airport check-in. Online check-in opens 24 hours and closes 2 hours before scheduled departure.

Baggage

AeroMexico Connect Passengers on the basic fare include a hand baggage allowance of 10 kg with maximum dimensions of 55 cm x 40 cm x 25 cm. The baggage allowance for the Clase Premier fare is a maximum weight of 18 kg with maximum dimensions of 55 cm x 40 cm x 25 cm, including personal items. The checked baggage allowance for passengers on the Basic fare is 25 kg and the total dimensions must not exceed 158 cm. For Clase Premier passengers the maximum checked baggage allowance is 30 kg.

Unaccompanied minors

Children between the ages of 5-17 years old can travel alone. Escort service is mandatory for unaccompanied children aged 5 to 13 years old who are traveling unaccompanied. Children aged 14-17 are not required to travel as unaccompanied minors. In this case this AeroMexico Connect service is not compulsory for this age group. Unaccompanied minors are accepted on flights with or without connecting flights, including codeshare flights. The parent or guardian must fill out the "Unaccompanied Minor Service Letter" and indicate the name of the person who will be picking up the child at the destination airport.

Infants

Children under the age of two are considered infants. Infants must always fly with an adult. Infants may only travel on the lap of their parent (or other accompanying adult) unless a separate AeroMexico Connect seat has been reserved for the infant in order to accommodate and secure the infant car seat. One adult may only carry one infant on their lap. Passengers traveling with more than one infant must purchase tickets according to the infant fare. Pets

Small cats and dogs can be transported in the AeroMexico Connect cabin, provided that the duration of the flight is less than 6 hours. Each passenger is allowed to take 1 pet on board. Pets must stay inside the carriers. Pets and carriers may not weigh more than 20 pounds (9 kg). The size of the carrier may not exceed 16 x 12 x 8 inches (40 cm x 30 cm x 20 cm). For pets carried in checked baggage, the carrier must not exceed 38 x 32 x 30 inches (95 cm x 80 cm x 75 cm)
