Passengers can check in online from 24 to 5 hours before flight departure. Check-in desks open three hours before departure and close 60 minutes before departure.

Each passenger is allowed one carry-on baggage and one personal item. The maximum dimensions of hand baggage are 115 cm. Maximum weight of hand baggage 12 kg. Each economy class passenger is allowed one checked baggage. Maximum dimensions: 157 cm (length + width + height). Maximum weight 23 kg. Business or First Class passengers are allowed two pieces of checked baggage. Maximum dimensions are 157 cm (length + width + height). Maximum weight 32 kg.

Children over the age of five can travel alone. A minors' accompanying service is compulsory for children 4-12 years old. For children over 12 years old, the minors' escort service is not compulsory and can be booked on the request of parents.

Infants are passengers under the age of 24 months. Infants do not need a separate seat. They can travel on the lap of an accompanying adult. The cost on international flights is 10% of the regular adult fare. If one adult is traveling with two infants, a child ticket must be purchased for one of the infants.

The airline allows the carriage of animals whose weight together with the carrier does not exceed 8 kg. The maximum dimensions of the container are D40cm x D35cm x H20cm. Two small animals can be carried in one container provided there is enough space for free movement, and the total weight (8 kg) is observed.
