The airline does not offer online check-in on its website. Instead, passengers must check in at the airport. Passenger check-in begins two hours before the estimated time of departure and ends 40 minutes before the estimated time of departure.

Cabin baggage must weigh no more than 8 kg and have a maximum size of 55 x 45 x 25 cm. The weight of baggage allowed in the luggage compartment of an aircraft is 20 kg per passenger. However, this may vary for flights to certain destinations. The sum of the baggage dimensions may not exceed 158 cm (height + length + width). Passengers traveling with infants may take an additional 10 kg per infant (up to 2 years of age).

Children between the ages of 5 and 12 are allowed to travel unaccompanied, provided a parent or guardian accompanies the child at both the departure and arrival airports. Accompanied minors are compulsory and must be requested by parents/guardians

A baby between 14 days old and two years old is considered an infant. The infant must be carried on the lap of an adult passenger or in a certified infant seat. If an infant is traveling on an adult passenger's lap, one infant must be accompanied by one adult on board. Infants are not entitled to their seat unless an additional seat is reserved for an infant traveling in a child restraint (infant seat).

Avion Express allows the carriage of pets under the excess baggage rules. Only one pet per passenger is allowed. Maximum dimensions of the container: 55x45x25 cm. Maximum weight of a pet together with the container: 8 kg.
