You can check in online (via the website or mobile application) or at the airport. Online check-in allows you to check in 1-48 hours before your flight departure for domestic flights and 2-48 hours for international flights. Check-in counters open two to three hours (depending on the flight) before departure, and close 25 to 40 minutes (depending on the flight) before departure.

All passengers may carry at least one carry-on bag and one small item on board at no extra charge. Hand luggage of no more than 7 kg is allowed for economy class passengers. Business class passengers are allowed a maximum of 14 kg hand baggage. A hand baggage item may not be larger than 56cm (height) x 36cm (width) x 23cm (depth). Checked-in baggage may not exceed 20 kg or 30 kg depending on the fare selected.

Passengers under the age of 12 may not travel on any flight unless they are accompanied by an appropriate companion passenger age 15 or older. Passengers 12 years of age and older may travel alone

Infants are defined as children under two years of age. Infants may fly without a seat on the plane, on the lap of an accompanying adult. If you wish, you can buy a seat for an infant at the infant fare. If one adult is traveling with two infants, one seat must be purchased for one infant, and the other may be held on the lap.
