Check-in via the Internet or mobile app. Flights within Mexico - online check-in is available up to 48 hours before departure. International destinations - online check-in is available up to 24 hours before departure. You can also check in at the airport (check-in kiosks or check-in counters). For international flights you can check in at kiosks 24-48 hours before departure, and up to two hours before departure for flights within Mexico.

Baggage

On domestic flights, the luggage weight is up to 25 kg. You can bring another baggage item weighing up to 20 kg or 25 kg for an additional fee. On international flights, the weight of baggage is up to 23 kg. In both cases, the maximum surface area for each piece of baggage is 158 cm.

Unaccompanied minors

Unaccompanied minor transportation requires prior confirmation through the airline's call center 48 hours prior to scheduled flight departure. This service is limited to a certain number of seats on the plane for unaccompanied minors. This service is mandatory for children aged 5 to 14 years traveling unaccompanied or with a guardian. The parent or guardian of the minor must arrive at the departure airport at least 3 hours before the scheduled departure of the flight.

Infants

Passengers aged six days to two years are considered infants. They are allowed on flights free of charge and will be issued a boarding pass. One stroller and an infant are allowed per adult passenger. If an adult is traveling with more than one infant, a fee appropriate to the flight itinerary will be charged for each additional infant. Each additional infant will also be assigned a seat and the appropriate baggage allowance.

Pets

Only cats and dogs are allowed in the cabin. The maximum weight of your pet is 9 kg, including the weight of the carrier or container. A pet may fly in the cabin only on flights with a maximum duration of 6 hours. Pets must be at least 8 weeks old. The size of the container is 40x30x20 cm (width x length x height). Maximum 2 pets per passenger.
