For flights departing from the Scottish Highlands and Islands: check-in opens 1 hour before departure and ends 30 minutes before departure. For flights departing from London (excluding London City Airport): check-in opens 2hrs before departure and closes 45 minutes prior to departure. For all other UK domestic departures & Donegal: check-in opens 2 hours before departureb and closes 30 minutes prior to departure. For international flights : check-in opens 2hrs 30mins before departure and closes 1hr prior to departure.

Fly Flex+ passengers may transport one bag weighing up to 6 kg, plus a small handbag and a thin laptop bag, free of charge. Fly and Fly Flex passengers can carry one bag weighing up to 6 kg plus a small carry-on bag free of charge. Hand luggage must be larger than 40 cm x 35 cm x 18 cm. Fly and Fly Flex passengers may bring up to 20 kg in a single bag or in several bags. Fly Flex + passengers may carry up to 30 kg in several bags and up to 25 kg in one bag.

Individuals between the ages of 12 and 16 can travel unaccompanied. The airline does not offer an "unaccompanied minors" service, so children must be able to travel independently without assistance.

Infants are defined as children under two years of age. Infants may fly without a seat on the plane, on the lap of an accompanying adult. Infants, who have not reached their second birthday and are carried on their parent’s lap, do not pay an air fare, though taxes are applicable at some of the airports Loganair serves. If you wish, you can buy a seat for an infant at the infant fare. Children over two years of age must have their own seat on the plane. If one adult is traveling with two infants, one seat must be purchased for one infant, and the other may be held on the lap.

Pets are not allowed in the cabin. Cats and dogs may travel as checked baggage on some routes.
