Check-in time for all passengers is strictly 90 minutes before departure in Zanzibar, 60 minutes in Nairobi (Wilson), Kilimanjaro International Airport, Lamu, Malindi, Diani and Kisumu and 30 minutes at other locations.

Baggage

The baggage allowance is limited to 15 kg per person. For Zanzibar, Kisumu, Kitale, Diani, Vipingo, Lamu and Malindi the baggage allowance is 20 kg including hand luggage.

Unaccompanied minors

Children over the age of 12 can travel alone. The airline does not provide an escort service for minors.

Infants

Children under two years of age are considered infants. Infants do not need a separate seat. They may travel on the lap of an accompanying adult. One adult may travel with two infants. In this case you need to buy one seat for one infant and the other can be on the lap of the adult.
