Check-in can be done online (via the website or mobile app) or at the airport. Online check-in begins 24 hours before departure and ends 40 minutes before departure. Check-in desks open two hours before departure and close 40 minutes before departure.

Baggage

Passengers are allowed to take on board hand luggage, which may not exceed 114 centimeters in width, length, and height. The maximum weight limit does not apply to hand luggage. The maximum weight of checked baggage is 23 kg. (maximum two bags), size - up to 158 cm (sum of all dimensions).

Unaccompanied minors

Children over the age of four can travel alone. Unaccompanied minors between the ages of 6-12 and young flyers between the ages of 12-16 are not charged for the service. However, children between the ages of 4-5 and traveling alone have to be escorted by cabin attendants. Charges for the escorts are 50% of the normal adult one-way fare.​

Infants

Infants are defined as children under two years of age. Children over seven days old are allowed to fly. Infants may fly without a seat on the plane, on the lap of an accompanying adult. If you wish you can buy a seat for an infant at the infant fare. Children over two years of age must have their own seat on the plane. If one adult is traveling with two infants, one seat must be purchased for one infant and the other may be held on the lap.

Pets

Pets are not allowed in the cabin. Pets are allowed in the cargo compartment only. The transportation of pets is charged as excess baggage and must be paid at the airport during check-in.
