Check-in can be done online (via the website or mobile app) or at the airport. Passengers can check in online anytime between 7 days and up to 4 hours before their flight departs. Vueling Check-in counters open 2.5 hours before departure and close 40 minutes before the flight departure.

Each passenger is allowed one carry-on bag and one personal item. The carry-on hand luggage must not weigh more than 10 kilos, and the external dimensions (H+L+W) must not exceed 55cm X 40cm X 20cm. Each passenger is allowed to check in no more than 23 kg of luggage. Passengers must notify Vueling of any baggage they plan to check in, either during the booking process or by calling Vueling directly.

Vueling's Unaccompanied Minor Service assists with the check-in and boarding of the minor. This service is mandatory for unaccompanied children from 5 to 11 years old. The service is optional for children from 11 to 17 years old.

Infants under seven days old will not be admitted on any Vueling flights. An infant under two years of age may travel on their mother/father’s lap. Only children under two years of age can travel at a reduced price. If your child turns two on the trip, they must purchase a full-priced fare for the return ticket. One adult may travel with two infants if the second one has their seat. The passenger must bring a car seat approved for use on a plane to place on the adjacent seat (max. width: 44cm).

Each passenger may only travel with one pet in the cabin, and there's a maximum of 2 pets on each flight. Vueling welcomes small pets (dogs, cats, birds, fish, and turtles) to join their owners in the cabin on select flights. Animals and carriers must have a combined weight of less than 8 kg. The maximum carrier dimensions in the cabin are 45 cm x 39 cm x 21 cm. Vueling doesn't allow larger pets to travel on hold-on flights.
