The maximum hand baggage weight is 8 kg in economy class and 16 kg in the Premium Economy or Premium Business classes. When flying in Economy Class on a route with a point of departure and/or destination in Brazil, the maximum weight is 10 kg. Most passengers are allowed 23 kg of check-in baggage with a maximum dimension of 158 cm (length + depth + width).

Unaccompanied Minor Service is mandatory for a child aged 8-11 traveling without an adult. Children ages 12-17 are not required to travel as an unaccompanied minor . However, the service can be ordered.

A person must always accompany infants and children between the ages of 0 and 7 over the age of 18. Infants do not need a separate seat. They can travel on the lap of an accompanying adult. One adult may travel with two infants. In this case, you must buy one seat for one infant, and the other can be on the adult's lap.

Pets

The airline welcomes pets or cats in the cabin as long as the pet and carrier do not exceed 7 kg. In addition, the pet must be at least eight weeks old or over four months old when traveling to the United States. For pets traveling in the cabin, hard-sided carriers must have a maximum size of 36 cm x 33 cm x 19 cm, and soft-sided carriers must have a maximum size of 36 cm x 33 cm x 23 cm.
