Online check-in begins 48 hours to 2 hours before your scheduled Genghis Khan Air departure time. Check-in desks open three hours before departure and close 60 minutes before departure.

Genghis Khan Air Passengers are allowed one piece of hand baggage weighing 5 kg in economy class and two pieces of checked baggage weighing 5 kg in super economy class. The dimensions of hand baggage may not exceed 20 cm x 40 cm x 55 cm. Passengers are allowed one free piece of checked baggage weighing up to 20 kg in economy class and one free piece of checked baggage weighing no more than 30 kg in super economy class. Baggage must correspond to dimensions 40 cm x 60 cm x 100 cm.

Infants are defined as children under two years of age. Infants do not have to buy a seat on the Genghis Khan Air plane. However, if one adult is traveling with two infants, one seat must be purchased for one child, and the other can be held on your lap.
