Registration can be done online (via the website or mobile app) or at the airport. Check-in desks open three hours before departure and close 60 minutes before departure. Online check-in is available 14 days before departure to passengers traveling in Business Class or Economy Premium Class as well as to passengers who booked and paid for the seat selection service. Passengers traveling in Economy Class who did not book seats in advance can check in online: for scheduled flights - 48 hours before departure; for charter flights - 24 hours before departure.

A passenger is allowed one piece of hand luggage max. 7 kg and with a size of 55 x 40 x 20 cm. Economy and Premium Economy have a checked baggage allowance of 23 kg. Business Class has a checked baggage allowance of 32 kg. Panorama Club members get an additional 2 kg of baggage allowance. Bags above the charges will be subject to additional charges.

Children over the age of five can travel alone. For children 5-16 years old a minors' escort service is compulsory.

Infants are defined as children under two years of age. Infants less than six days old are not allowed on board. Infants may fly without an airplane seat on the lap of an accompanying adult. Children over two years of age must have their own seat on the plane. If one adult is traveling with two infants, one seat must be purchased for one infant and the other may be held on the lap.

Animals can travel with their owners in the cabin if the combined weight of the pet and carrier does not exceed 8 kg. Each passenger is permitted to bring one carrier with them into the cabin, and each carrier can carry a maximum of two pets in the same carrier if they are familiar with each other, provided that they remain within the weight limit. Cats and dogs are not permitted to travel together in the same carrier. Pets who exceed the limits to travel in the cabin can be transported as checked baggage instead. the total combined weight of a single pet and carrier should not exceed 75 kg. In addition, three animals up to 6 months old from the same litter, up to 14 kg each, may be shipped together, and two animals of comparable size up to 14 kg may be shipped in the same carrier.
