Unaccompanied minors between the ages of 5 and 12 must be registered as unaccompanied minors. Infants

An infant under two years of age may travel free of charge if the infant is on another passenger's lap during the flight. Children under two years of age do not need a separate seat. Only passengers 15 years or older may carry an infant on their lap. Only one lap baby is allowed per adult. If one adult is traveling with more than one infant under two years of age, a separate seat must be purchased for each additional infant.

Airlines allow tiny dogs or cats to travel in the cabin on flights departing from Guangzhou, Qingdao, Changsha, Haikou, and Xiamen. Pets must weigh no more than 5 kg, including the carrier, which must not exceed 35 cm in length, 28 cm in width, and 24 cm in height.
