Check-in is available at the airport and online. Online check-in is available between 48 hours and 75 minutes before the flight departure time. Check-in desks open 3 hours before the departure time of your flight. Check-in closes 60 minutes before departure. Flydubai Boarding starts 45 minutes before your flight. Boarding gates close 20 minutes before flight departure.

Up to 3 pieces of luggage are allowed if their total weight does not exceed the luggage allowance indicated on the Flydubai booking confirmation. Each piece of luggage must weigh less than 32 kg and not exceed the maximum size of 75 x 55 x 35 cm. In Economy Class, you are allowed one piece of hand baggage with dimensions not exceeding 55 x 38 x 20 cm and weighing not more than 7 kg. In Business class, one or two pieces of hand baggage with dimensions not exceeding 55 x 38 x 20 cm and weighing not more than 14 kg are allowed.

Children over 12 can fly on their own, unaccompanied by an adult. The Flydubai airline does not provide an unaccompanied minors service.

Infants are considered to be children under two years of age. Infants are allowed to fly seven days after birth. Discounts for infants are applied depending on the class of Flydubai service. The infant fare for an infant without a separate seat is 10% of the adult fare. There are no discounts for children between the ages of 2 and 11. An adult may travel with a maximum of 2 infants, but one infant must be at least six months old and sit in an approved car seat

Flydubai does not allow pets other than falcons, only with prior approval. Guide dogs are allowed if the itinerary includes flights to the USA and Europe.
