JetSmart Airlines Perú is a newly established airline that only started operations in June 2022. It is part of Indigo Partners' JetSMART franchise that also has operations in Chile and Argentina. It follows the same ultra low cost model, operating A320-200neo aircraft in a single class 186 seats layout. It operates scheduled domestic services out of Lima's Jorge Chavez International Airport as well as Arequipa's Rodriguez Ballon International Airport.

Check in rules
Registration can be done online (via the website or mobile app) or at the airport. Online check-in begins 24 hours before departure and ends 60 minutes before departure. Check-in desks for international flights open three hours before departure and close 45 minutes before departure. Check-in counters for domestic flights open 90 minutes before departure and close 45 minutes before departure.

The unaccompanied minor service is mandatory for a child age 5-12 traveling without an adult. Children ages 12-17 are not required to travel as unaccompanied minors, but the service is also optional for this age group.

Infants are defined as children under two years of age. Infants may fly on the lap of an accompanying adult without a seat in the airplane. If you wish, you can buy a seat for an infant at the infant fare. If one adult is traveling with two infants, one seat must be purchased for one infant, and the other may be held on the lap.

Pets are not permitted to travel in the cabin with Jubba Airways. Animals can be transported as checked baggage on some flights with Jubba Airways. They will be accepted on a case-by-case basis. Passengers traveling with pets will be charged an excess baggage fee.
