Check-in can be done online (via the website or mobile app) or at the airport. Online check-in begins 24 hours before departure and ends 60 minutes before departure. Check-in desks open three hours before departure and close 60 minutes before departure.

Carry-On Allowance: business class - passengers are allowed two pieces of luggage with maximum dimensions of 46cm x 36cm x 20cm (18in x 14in x 16in)and weighing no more than 7 kg each; economy class - passengers are allowed one piece of luggage with maximum dimensions of 46cm x 36cm x 20cm (18in x 14in x 16in)and weighing no more than 7 kg. Maximum weight of checked baggage - 32 kg.

Unaccompanied minors

Children over the age of five can travel alone. The airline provides an escort service for minors. Children between the ages of 5-14 years traveling to/from the USA must use the Unaccompanied Minor Service. Children between the ages of 5-17 years traveling to/from Panama must use the Unaccompanied Minor Service. Children between the ages of 5-12 years traveling to/from the rest of Latin America or Spain must use the Unaccompanied Minor Service.

Infants

Infants are defined as children under two years of age. Each infant must be accompanied by an adult and may be carried on the adult's lap. When one infant and one child (over 24 months) travel, an adult shall carry the infant on the lap, and the child shall occupy a revenue seat and be restrained on an approved car seat or aircraft seat.

Animals such as dogs, cats, household birds, and other pets can travel as checked baggage if they are properly contained in an appropriate carrier for their size. For pets traveling as checked baggage, carriers must not exceed the combined dimensions of 62" (158cm).
