Royal Brunei's Online Check-in allows you to check in up to 48 hours before your flight departs. However, due to security requirements, Royal Brunei requires passengers to proceed to the designated Online Check-In counters to obtain the Boarding Pass, and to drop your baggage off if you have any baggage to check-in; at least 45 minutes before the scheduled departure time of your flight.

Passengers are allowed to take on board hand luggage up to a maximum size of 55 cm x 38 cm x 20 cm, and weighing up to 7 kg. Checked Baggage Allowance: for Business is 40 kg; for Fexi is 30 kg; for Value is 25 kg; for Saver is 20 kg; for Infants paying 10% fare is 20 kg.

Unaccompanied minors

Minors traveling without a parent or legal guardian are considered unaccompanied minors. Children over the age of five may travel alone. A minor escort service is mandatory for children 5-15 years old. For children over the age of 15, a juvenile escort service is not compulsory and can be booked at the parents' request.

Infants

Children under two years of age are considered infants. A child under two years of age (24 months) is usually charged 10% of the adult fare plus taxes. Infants do not need a separate seat. They may travel on the lap of an accompanying adult. For example, one adult may travel with two infants. In this case, you must buy one seat for one infant, and the other can be on the adult's lap.
