Baggage

Baggage allowance depends on the fare purchased. Two pieces of hand luggage are allowed, up to a maximum size of 20 cm x 43 cm x 38 cm. The maximum total weight of hand luggage is 6 kg.

Unaccompanied minors

Children over the age of five can travel alone. A minors' escort service is compulsory for children 5-11 years old. For children over 12 years old, the minors' escort service is not mandatory and can be booked at the parents' request.

Infants

Infants are defined as children under two years of age. Infants must fly on the lap of an accompanying adult. If one adult travels with two infants, one seat must be purchased for one infant, and the other may be held on the lap.

Pets are not allowed in the cabin, with the exception of guide dogs. Pets may be carried in checked baggage only when accompanied by the passenger and are considered the first piece of baggage. Rise Air does not accept pets as cargo.
