Check-in options: automatic check-in, web check-in, mobile check-in, kiosk (totem) check-in. Online check-in begins 24 hours before departure and ends 60 minutes before departure. Check-in desks open three hours before departure and close 60 minutes before departure.

A passenger may carry on board one personal belonging, such as a shopping bag or handbag, and one baggage satisfying the conditions below: the total dimension is 115cm or less (55cm×40cm×25cm), total weight not more than 10 kg (22 lbs.). Skymark Airlines allowed passengers to check bags up to 50 cm x 60 cm x 120 cm in size, with a maximum combined weight of 20 kg for all bags. Baggage in excess of size restriction may not be accepted for loading if the aircraft's cargo space is limited.

Unaccompanied minors services are available for passengers aged 5 to 11, not accompanied by a person aged 12 or over. Passengers 4 years old or younger cannot travel alone. He/she must be accompanied by a person aged 12 or over. Children aged 12 years or older are allowed to travel alone.

Infants apply to passengers between the age of eight days and two years. If an adult passenger accompanies two infants, one of them is required to purchase a ticket as child fare and secure a seat. However, if the infant is below two years old, they are required to seat with a child seat. If one adult travels with two infants, you must buy one seat for one child, and the other can be held on your lap.

Pets are not permitted to travel in the cabin with Skymark Airlines. However, pet dogs, cats, small birds, and other small animals (hamsters, rabbits, squirrels, etc.) can travel as checked baggage with Skymark Airlines if the combined weight of the pet and carrier does not exceed 70 lbs (32 kg). Only one pet is permitted to travel in each carrier. Pet carriers can be up to 51cm x 69cm x 48cm in size, whether rented or brought in by the passenger. The airline cannot accept large dogs and other animals that do not fit this carrier's size.
