Registration can be done online (via the website or mobile app) or at the airport. Online check-in begins 24 hours before departure and ends two hours before departure. Check-in desks open three hours before departure and close 60 minutes before departure.

Baggage

Passengers are allowed to take on board hand luggage with a maximum size of 55 cm x 40 m x 25 cm, and weighing up to 10 kg. The maximum weight of checked baggage is 30 kg (for economy class) and 40 kg (for business class), size - up to 158 cm (sum of all dimensions).

Children over the age of 12 can travel alone. The airline provides an escort service for minors. The service is compulsory and is provided at the request of parents/guardians.

A child between 14 days old and two years old is considered an infant and can travel on the parents' lap. If one adult is traveling with two infants, one seat must be purchased for one child, and the other may be held on the lap.

Pets

Dogs and cats can fly as checked baggage with Drukair if the combined weight of the pet and carrier does not exceed 60 kg. In addition, animals must be at least eight weeks old to travel with Drukair. For pets traveling on an ATR aircraft, carriers must not exceed the dimensions of 80 cm x 45 cm x 65 cm. For pets traveling on an A319 aircraft, carriers must not exceed the dimensions of 100 cm x 60 cm x 75 cm.
