Registration can be done online (via the website or mobile app) or at the airport. Online check-in begins 24 hours before Air Caraibes departure and ends 60 minutes before departure for regional flights and 90 minutes before departure for Air Caraibes international flights. Check-in desks open three hours before departure and close 60 minutes before departure.

On Air Caraibes transatlantic flights, passengers are allowed one-hand baggage up to 12 kg. On regional flights, passengers are allowed one hand baggage up to 5 kg. Maximum dimensions of hand baggage - W 55 cm x W 40 cm x H 20 cm. Checked-in baggage allowance depends on the destination and the chosen fare.

Unaccompanied minors

Children over the age of five can travel alone. A minors' Air Caraibes escort service is compulsory for children 4-11 years old. For children over 12 years old, the minors' escort service is not compulsory and can be booked on the request of parents.

Infants

Children under two years of age are considered infants. Infants younger than seven days old are not allowed on the Air Caraibes flight. Infants do not need a separate seat. They may travel on the lap of an accompanying adult. An adult may not travel with two children for safety reasons.

Pets

Small pets, including dogs, cats, rabbits, guinea pigs, and hamsters, may be carried in the Air Caraibes cabin if the maximum weight of the pet and the carrier does not exceed 5 kg on domestic and 7 kg on Air Caraibes international flights. In addition, dogs and cats, whose weight exceeds the maximum weight allowed for carriage in the cabin, may be carried in the cargo compartment. The maximum weight of pets carried in the luggage compartment is 50 kg.
