Scoot’s check in counters open 3 hours before scheduled departure for B787 flights, and 2.5 hours before scheduled departure for A320 flights. They close 60mins before scheduled departure with no exceptions.Check-in can be done online (via the website or mobile app) or at the airport. Online check-in begins 48 hours before departure and ends 60 minutes before departure.

Infants are defined as children under two years of age. Infants less than eight days old are not allowed to fly. Infants may fly without a seat on the plane, on the lap of an accompanying adult. If you wish, you may buy a seat on the aircraft for an infant. Children over two years of age must have their own seats on the plane. If one adult travels with two infants, one seat must be purchased for one infant, and the other may be held on the lap.
