Scoot’s check in counters open 3 hours before scheduled departure for B787 flights, and 2.5 hours before scheduled departure for A320 flights. They close 60mins before scheduled departure with no exceptions.Check-in can be done online (via the website or mobile app) or at the airport. Online check-in begins 48 hours before departure and ends 60 minutes before departure.

All guests (adults and children) occupying a separate seat can take up to 7 kg of carry-on baggage on board. Cabin/hand baggage may consist of one small bag or briefcase with dimensions not exceeding 54 x 38 x 23 cm. Your baggage allowance is a minimum of 15 kg (33 lbs) and a maximum of 40 kg (88.2 lbs). Infants
