Check-in can be done online (via the website or mobile app) or at the airport. Online registration begins 48 hours before departure and closes 60 minutes before departure. Registration desks open three hours before departure and close 60 minutes before departure.

Baggage allowances depend on the type of vacation or flight you have booked. The booking confirmation will be clearly stated which will be emailed to you. Carry-on baggage: 1 piece of hand baggage, 10 kg, 55 x 40 x 20 cm. Checked-in baggage: 15 kg.

Unaccompanied minors

Children under 14 years old who travel on a TUI flight-only booking must be accompanied by another passenger aged 16 or over traveling on the same booking reference. Children aged 14 or 15 can travel alone on TUI if they don't need assistance. The airline does not provide an escort service for minors.

Each infant (up to 2 years old) must be accompanied by an adult and travel on their lap. The infant has no right to his or her own seat. Each adult may only accompany one infant. Infants younger than seven days old are not allowed on board.

Pets

Animals weighing up to 13 lbs (6 kg) can be carried in the cabin. Cats and dogs weighing more than 13 lbs (6 kg) are transported in the hold instead. Only one animal can be transported per carrier. For pets traveling in the cabin, carriers must not exceed 55 cm x 40 cm x 20 cm. For transport in the hold, carriers must not exceed a height of 83 cm.
