Check in rules

Check-in service on the website or in the app. 72 hours before and no more than 30 minutes before flight departure. Canaryfly check-in desks open 2 hours in advance and closes 30 minutes before flight departure. After check-in, you must arrive at the boarding gate 20 minutes before your flight departure time.

Baggage

A passenger can carry as hand luggage a package weighing not more than 6 kg and having dimensions not more than 45x35x25 cm. The maximum allowed free weight is 23 kg. For infants (Infant), the maximum permitted free weight is 8 kg.

Unaccompanied minors

Children over the age of five can travel alone. A minors' accompanying service is compulsory for children 5-11 years old. For children over 12 years old, the minors' escort service is not compulsory and can be booked at parents' request.

Infants

Children under two years of age are considered infants. Infants younger than seven days old are not allowed on the flight. Infants do not need a separate seat. They may travel on the lap of an accompanying adult. One adult may travel with two infants, provided that at least one infant is over 18 months old. In this case one seat must be purchased for one infant, and the other can be on the adult's lap.

Pets

Small pets can travel in the cabin if the combined weight of the pet and carrier does not exceed 13 lbs (6 kg). Pets who exceed the weight limits to travel in the cabin may be accepted as checked baggage instead. For pets traveling in the cabin or as checked baggage, carriers must be IATA-approved.
