KrasAvia was founded in 1956 as part of Aeroflot. In 1992, it became independent as KrasAvia. It is a scheduled and charter passenger airline. The administration of the Krasnoyarsk region owns the airline. The head office of KrasAvia is located in Krasnoyarsk, Russia. The main hubs of KrasAvia are Krasnoyarsk-Yemelyanovo, Krasnoyarsk-Cheremshanka. It is the largest regional carrier in Russia, with 44 airplanes and helicopters. Altogether, KrasAvia serves 35 routes.

Online check-in is available only for scheduled flights on ATR72-500, ATR42-500, Yak-42 and L410. Check-in desks open three hours prior to departure and close 60 minutes prior to departure.

Baggage

Passengers are allowed to take on board hand luggage with a maximum size of 55 cm x 40 m x 25 cm, and weighing up to 10 kg. The maximum weight of checked baggage is 20 kg, size up to 203 cm (sum of all dimensions). Baggage allowance depends on the aircraft operating the flight.

Unaccompanied minors

Unaccompanied children between the ages of 5 and 12 are considered unaccompanied minors, and a special service for unaccompanied minors is available, for which a special fee is charged. A juvenile escort service can be requested for children between the ages of 12 and 16.

Infants

Infants are defined as children under two years of age. Infants may fly on the lap of an accompanying adult. If you wish, you can buy a seat for an infant at the infant fare. If one adult travels with two infants, one seat must be purchased for one infant, and the other may be held on the lap.

Pets

The airline allows the transportation of pets. A pet's weight (together with the container, carrier, or cage) does not exceed 8 kg. The dimensions of the container (carrying/cage) are not more than 55*40*20 cm (for aircraft: L 410 - not more than 30*25*25 cm, An-26 - not more than 45*30*20 cm). An additional fee is charged for the carriage of an animal.
