Check-in can be done online (via the website or mobile app) or at the airport. Online check-in begins 24 hours before departure and ends three hours before departure. To check-in for domestic scheduled flights and complete departure formalities (customs, immigration, veterinary, sanitary control, etc.), it is recommended to arrive at the airport 1 hour 30 minutes before departure; for international flights - 3 hours before departure time indicated on the ticket.

For Economy class tariffs Light, Economy Flex, and Economy Standard free baggage allowance is 5 kg with maximum dimensions 55x40x20 cm. For all Business class fares, the free baggage allowance is 10 kg with maximum dimensions 55x40x20 cm. The weight of a single piece of checked baggage may not exceed 30 kg.

Escort service for children is available only on our own flights. Unaccompanied children are only transported to airports where there are airline representatives or agents authorized by the airline. The provision of an escort service when issuing a ticket for an independent flight is mandatory for children from 5 to 12 years of age. At the request of parents, adoptive parents, guardians, or custodians, an escort may be provided for children up to 16 years of age.

Children under two years of age are considered infants. An adult passenger has the right to carry one child under two years of age free of charge for domestic travel or at a discount of ninety percent of the standard or special fare for an international trip. For second, third, and other children under two years of age traveling with an adult passenger, airline tickets are issued with a seat.

Cats, dogs, and birds can be transported in the cabin only with the consent of the airline and under the condition of being accompanied by an adult passenger, only in the cabin of economy class service, carriage of animals in the cabin of business class is forbidden. Only one pet in a cage (cat, dog, bird) or a maximum of 2 animals of the same litter in one cage with total weight not exceeding the norm is allowed for carriage in the cabin per passenger. The weight of the pet(s), together with the kennel, may not exceed 8 kg. The container/cage must not exceed 115 cm in the sum of three dimensions, with the height of the cage not exceeding 35 cm, width and depth not exceeding 40 cm.
