Check-in counters on domestic flights open 1 hour before departure and close 30 minutes before departure. Check-in desks for international flights open 1 hour 30 minutes before departure and close 30 minutes before departure.

Infants under two years of age who are on their parent's lap during the flight do not pay for airfare. However, an infant between 6 months and two years old may be transported in its own approved forward-facing car seat. In this case, a child fare will apply for the reserved seat. NyxAir does not provide car seats.

Only small cats and dogs are allowed on the flight. A cat or dog traveling in the cabin counts as one piece of carry-on baggage. Maximum dimensions of the container/carrier: 40 x 25 x 23 cm. The maximum weight of the container, including the animal, is 8 kg. Each traveler may take one container as carry-on baggage.
