Check-in can be done online (via the website or mobile app) or at the airport. Online check-in begins 24 hours before departure and ends 60 minutes before departure. Check-in desks open three hours before departure and close 1.5 hours before departure. Check-in time ends within 40 minutes before the flight. Estimate your arrival time to the airport. Check-in at the self check-in desks is available at the airports of Belgorod, Krasnodar, Sochi, Ufa. You can choose any favorable seat and print your boarding pass.

Passenger is entitled to free baggage allowance within limits established by the Carrier, which depends on aircraft type, class of service, type of fare applied, and route. At the passenger's request group free baggage allowance is provided, which is a consolidated free baggage allowance for passengers of the given group. Such consolidation concerns free baggage allowance only. In case of combining free check-in baggage allowances by weight and/or size, one piece of baggage shall not exceed 30 kg in weight and/or 203 cm in the sum of three dimensions.

The airline does not provide an escort service for minors. However, children over the age of twelve may be carried unaccompanied by an adult passenger on domestic flights.

A passenger of an aircraft is entitled to carry with him/her one child not older than two years old free of charge, without providing him/her with a separate seat. Each child under two years of age must have a companion. Newborn infants who are less than seven days old cannot be transported.

The weight of the container together with the animal (animals) during transportation should not exceed 8 kg, the size should not exceed 115 cm in the sum of the three dimensions (length not exceeding 55 cm, height not exceeding 30 cm, width not exceeding 40 cm). For carriage in the cabin it is possible to use a soft carrying bag of closed type.
