The airline does not offer online check-in on its website. Passengers must check in at the airport. The airline recommends that passengers arrive at the airport two hours before their scheduled departure time. The check-in counter closes 45 minutes before departure.

Each passenger is allowed only one piece of carry-on baggage, and it must fit under the seat. Cabin baggage may not exceed 5.9 kg and may not exceed 6 inches in height or width. With hand baggage, one piece of baggage weighing a maximum of 11.34 kg is permitted. The total weight of these two pieces of baggage (hand and checked baggage) may not exceed 17.24 kg.

Children over the age of five can travel alone. A minors' escort service is compulsory for children 5-12 years old. For children over 12 years old, the minors' escort service is not compulsory and can be booked at the parents' request.

Each adult passenger may only carry one infant without a separate seat. One adult passenger is allowed to carry no more than two infants, one without a separate seat and the other in a separate seat, with payment of the fare.

Small pets may travel in the cabin if the total weight of the pet and the carrier does not exceed 4 kg. Pets weighing more than the weight allowed in the cabin may be accepted as checked baggage. For pets traveling in the cabin or as checked baggage, carriers must be approved by IATA. In addition, the pet must be at least eight weeks old.
