Check-in counters open three hours before departure and close 60 minutes before the scheduled departure time. After this time, no luggage will be accepted and boarding passes will not be issued. At the airport, check-in and print your boarding pass at 24-hour check-in kiosks, which allow you to check in between 3:00 and one hour before your flight. Boarding begins 40 minutes before departure. Boarding closes 20 minutes before departure.

For all destinations, the number and total weight of hand luggage must comply with the following rules: only one piece of luggage is allowed in the cabin; maximum weight is 8 kg; maximum dimensions 55x35x25 cm (including wheels and handles). Nouvelair applies two different checked baggage policies depending on destinations. The maximum weight per baggage item on all our flights is 32 kg.

The "unaccompanied minor" service is available for children aged 5 to 12. It includes individual escort by staff from departure airport to arrival at destination.

Infants are defined as children under two years of age. A medical certificate of health is required for newborns from 1 to 7 days after birth. Infants do not need a separate seat. They may travel on the lap of an accompanying adult. One adult may travel with two infants. In this case you need to buy one seat for one infant, and the other can be on the lap of the adult.

Small pets can travel in the cabin with Nouvelair if the combined weight of the pet and carrier does not exceed 15 lbs (7 kg). Pets weighing more than 15 lbs (7 kg) can be transported as checked baggage in the hold.
