Check in rules

Online check-in in Hong Kong allows you to check in 48 hours in advance and closes 75 minutes before your scheduled departure time. Online check-in is available for flights departing from Hong Kong SAR (except Saipan), Japan, Thailand, Korea, Taiwan (China), Vietnam, and Cambodia. Check-in desks open two hours before departure and close 60 minutes before departure.

Baggage

Each Guest is allowed to carry on board only one hand baggage with a maximum weight of 7 kg and one additional personal item. Both items together may not exceed the dimensions of 56 x 36 x 23 cm. In addition, the size of each checked baggage must not exceed 158 cm (L+W+H).

Unaccompanied minors

Children over the age of 14 can travel alone. The airline provides an escort service for minors. The service is compulsory and is provided at the request of parents/guardians.

Infants

An infant is considered to be any Guest under the age of two years for the duration of the itinerary. Infants may be accepted for travel only after seven days from birth. Infants do not need a separate seat. They may travel on the lap of an accompanying adult. One adult may travel with two infants. In this case one seat must be purchased for one infant, and the other can be on the adult's lap.
