Check-in can be done online (via the website or mobile app) or at the airport. Online check-in begins 24 hours before departure and ends 60 minutes before departure. Check-in desks open three hours before departure and close 60 minutes before departure.

Free baggage allowance depends on the destination and the conditions of the applicable tariff. On average, the airline allows its passengers to take one piece of hand luggage weighing no more than 6 kg with luggage dimensions of 45 cm x 33 cm x 20 cm. Passengers are allowed 30 kg in business class and 20 kg in economy class.

Unaccompanied minors are children between the ages of 6 and 16 who travel without a parent or guardian and are not accompanied by an adult on the basis of consent to fly alone from both parents or guardians. Transportation of unaccompanied children aged 6 to 16 years is paid for at 100% of the adult passenger fare.

Passengers can buy a "no seat" ticket for an infant under five years of age on a domestic flight. On international flights, the age of the infant category is up to 2 years old.

Animals and birds are transported only by agreement with a representative (at the place of departure). A container with an animal on an airline flight may not exceed 203 cm in the sum of three dimensions.
