Check-in can be done online (via the website or mobile app) or at the airport. Online check-in begins 24 hours before departure and ends 60 minutes before departure. Check-in desks open three hours before departure and close 60 minutes before departure.

In the luggage compartment, the sum of your luggage's three dimensions (L+D+H) may not exceed 158 cm, including pockets, wheels, and handles, for a maximum total weight of 15 kg. Baggage allowances may vary depending on the airline or the company on whose behalf the airline operates. Passengers can view the baggage allowance on their flight at the time of booking or on the e-ticket sent to them after the booking is completed.

Children over the age of five can travel alone. For children 5-12 years old, a minors' companion service is compulsory. For children over the age of 12 years old the minors' escort service is not compulsory and can be booked on request of parents.

Infants are passengers under the age of 24 months. Each adult passenger is entitled to carry with him/her only one infant without a separate seat. However, one adult passenger may carry no more than two infants, one without a separate seat and the other in a separate seat, for which the fare applies.
