Check-in can be done online (via the website or mobile app) or at the airport. Online check-in begins 24 hours before departure and ends 60 minutes before departure. Check-in desks open three hours before departure and close 60 minutes before departure.

Passengers are allowed to take on board hand luggage with a maximum size of 55 cm x 40 m x 25 cm, and weighing up to 10 kg. Maximum weight of checked baggage is 23 kg, size up to 158 cm (sum of all dimensions).

Unaccompanied minor service is mandatory for a child age 5-11 traveling without an adult. Children ages 12-17 years are not required to travel as unaccompanied minors, but the service is optional for this age group as well.

Infants are defined as children younger than one year of age. Infants may fly without a seat on the plane, on the lap of an accompanying adult. An infant may travel at an infant fare equal to 10% of the adult fare. The discount may vary for some fares. If you wish, you can buy a seat on the airplane for an infant at the infant fare. Children over two years of age must have their own seat on the plane. If one adult is traveling with two infants, one seat must be purchased for one infant and the other may be held on the lap.

The airline allows the transportation of dogs, cats, small birds (which eat seeds, fruits and insects), rabbits, ferrets, hamsters, marmots, squirrels, chinchillas. Dogs and cats must be at least 8 weeks old to travel. Pregnant animals are not accepted. Maximum size of container 45×45×41cm. Maximum weight of the container together with the animal is 11 kg.
