Online pre-flight check-in is not required when traveling with an airline. However, the airline recommends that passengers arrive at least 2 hours before their scheduled departure time.

The airline's carry-on baggage allowance includes two bags. The weight of both pieces of hand luggage may not exceed 10 kg, and the dimensions are 45 cm x 35 cm x 20 cm.
