Check-in counters open 3 hours before the departure time of an intercontinental flight, and check-in will be closed at least 1.5 hours before departure. For all regional and domestic flights, check-in counters open two hours before departure and close one hour before departure. Online check-in begins 24 hours before departure and closes one hour before departure.

Checked baggage must not exceed 23 kg on the domestic network and two bags of 23 kg each on the other networks. Cabin baggage is limited to 8 kg.

Children aged 5 to 11 years traveling alone can take advantage of the unaccompanied minors service. This service is also available upon request for passengers between the ages of 12 and 18.

Children under two years of age are considered infants. Children younger than seven days old are not allowed on the flight. Infants do not need a separate seat. They may travel on the lap of an accompanying adult. For example, one adult may travel with two infants. In this case you need to buy one seat for one infant, and the other can be on the adult's lap.
