PAL Airlines Online check-in is available for passengers 24 hours before departure and ends 2 hours before departure. Online check-in is not available for: passengers traveling with an infant or more than ten passengers in one booking. Check-in desks open three hours before departure and close 60 minutes before PAL Airlines departure.

Baggage

PAL Airlines allows each passenger to carry one piece of carry-on baggage, as long as its maximum size does not exceed 12x16x10 inches and 13 pounds. Each PAL Airlines passenger is allowed checked baggage according to the booked fare class. The total weight of checked bags may not exceed 50 pounds, and their maximum size may not exceed 62 linear inches.

Unaccompanied minors

Children over the age of eight can travel alone. A minors' PAL Airlines escort service is compulsory for children 8-11 years old. For children over 12 years old, the minors' escort service is not compulsory and can be booked at parents' request.

Infants

Children under two years of age are considered infants. Infants do not need a separate PAL Airlines seat. They may travel on the lap of an accompanying adult. One adult may travel with two infants. In this case, you need to buy one seat for one infant, and the other can be on the adult's lap.

Pets

Pets are not permitted to travel in the PAL Airlines cabin on any flights. Animals are permitted to travel as checked baggage if they are at least eight weeks old. Two animals that are used to each other can travel in the same carrier together in the hold. For pets traveling as checked baggage, the following carriers are accepted: small carriers: 53 cm x 40 cm x 38 cm; medium carriers: 71 cm x 52 cm x 54 cm; large carriers: 91 cm x 63 cm x 68 cm; and extra large carriers: 101 cm x 71 cm x 76 cm.
