First and Business Class passengers are allowed two pieces of carry-on baggage. Economy Class passengers may bring one piece of cabin baggage. Cabin baggage may not exceed 5 kg and must be larger than 115 cm (sum of all dimensions). Unaccompanied minors

Children over the age of five may travel alone. Children between the ages of 5 and 14 must travel with a minor escort service. Children 15 years of age and older may travel alone or request a juvenile escort service. Animals must be appropriately housed in a suitable container and accompanied by valid health and vaccination certificates, entry permits, and other documents required by countries of entry or transit. When accepted in checked baggage, an animal, with its container and food, is not included in the free baggage allowance but is considered excess baggage, for which passengers must pay the appropriate fees.
