Baggage

First and Business Class passengers are allowed two pieces of carry-on baggage. Economy Class passengers may bring one piece of cabin baggage. Cabin baggage may not exceed 5 kg and must be larger than 115 cm (sum of all dimensions). In addition to free baggage allowance, passengers can carry personal items at no extra charge, which remain with them and are used only when boarding, disembarking, or staying on the aircraft. Unaccompanied minors

Children over the age of five may travel alone. Children between the ages of 5 and 14 must travel with a minor escort service. Children 15 years of age and older may travel alone or request a juvenile escort service. Children under the age of two are considered infants. Infants two years of age and younger may fly for free on the lap of an accompanying adult. If desired, an infant seat may be purchased at the child fare. Children over two years of age must occupy a separate seat on the plane. One adult may carry one infant on the lap.

Pets

Small domestic cats and dogs are allowed. Animals must be appropriately housed in a suitable container and accompanied by valid health and vaccination certificates, entry permits, and other documents required by countries of entry or transit. When accepted in checked baggage, an animal, with its container and food, is not included in the free baggage allowance but is considered excess baggage, for which passengers must pay the appropriate fees.
