Registration can be done online (via the website or mobile app) or at the airport. Online check-in begins 72 hours before departure and ends five hours before departure. Check-in desks open two hours before departure and close 25 minutes before departure.

Each passenger older than two may carry only one piece of hand baggage at a time (Eco, Flex, Premium). Cabin baggage may not weigh more than 8kg and may not exceed the dimensions of 55x40x25cm. In the Promo ticket, only handbags/personal items (maximum dimensions 40x30x15cm) are allowed free of charge.

Children aged 6 to 12 can travel unaccompanied. The airline provides an escort service for minors. The service is mandatory and is provided at the request of parents/guardians. Only two unaccompanied children under the age of 12 are allowed on one flight.

Children under two years of age are considered infants. Infants younger than seven days old are not allowed on the flight. Infants do not need a separate seat. They may travel on the lap of an accompanying adult. One adult may travel with two infants. In this case you need to buy one seat for one infant, and the other can be on the adult's lap.

Airlines allows small pets to be carried in the cabin on some flights if the total weight of the pet and the carrier does not exceed 7 kg. For pets traveling in the cabin, carriers must not exceed the limits of 55 cm x 35 cm x 25 cm. Pets weighing more than 7 kg will be carried as checked baggage in a ventilated baggage compartment.
