Each animal in the container must have enough space to turn around normally while standing, stand and sit erect without touching the top of the container, and lie in a natural position. To determine the correct minimum internal kennel dimensions, the kennel length is the distance from the tail's root to the nose's tip, plus half the elbow to ground measurement. The kennel width is twice the width of the widest point of the animal. The kennel height is the distance from floor to the tip of the ears.
