Check-in can be done online (via the website or mobile app) or at the airport. Online check-in begins 24 hours before departure and ends 60 minutes before departure. Check-in desks open three hours before departure and close 60 minutes before departure.

T'way Air's standard checked baggage / hold luggage policy details follow: two bags standard, up to 10 bags maximum (up to 4 bags on T'way Air Connection), maximum dimensions: 62 inches or 157 centimeters (length + width + height), maximum weight: 50 pounds or 23 kilograms. Carry-on baggage cannot exceed 114 centimetres in combined width, length and height; this includes any wheels and handles.

Can be used by teenagers older than 12 and under 18 years old after paying a separate T'way Air service fee.This is not available for children unaccompanied by a guardian or unaccompanied children ages older than 5 and under 12 years old who are traveling alone.

Infants are defined as children under two years of age. Infants may fly without a seat on the T'way Air plane, or on the lap of an accompanying adult. If you wish, you can buy a seat for an infant at the infant fare. Children over two years of age must have their own seat on the plane. If one adult is traveling with two infants, one seat must be purchased for one infant, and the other may be held on the lap.

Dogs, cats, and house birds at least 8 weeks old. All other types of animals, such as rabbits, turtles, reptiles and birds of prey, are not allowed on board. Carry-On pets are NOT permitted in T'Way Air Business Saver Class. Transporting pets are only allowed in the cabin(No checked pets)
