Being founded in 2021, World2Fly (Portugal) is a now operating Europen passenger/charter cab company, which is based in Lisbon Portela Airport (what is in Lisbon, Portugal). The airline's main aim is to connect Lisbon and Madrid with the Caribbean. Although the company was launched only in 2021, it became one of the most recent carriers. World2Fly (Portugal) proposes a web check-in option for its travelers' comfort. The fleet includes three long-haul aircraft: an A330-300 based in LIS and two A350-900s. A330 holds 388 passenger places, while the A350 configures 432 people. The owner of World2Fly is its General Manager, Bruno Claeys.

Check in rules

Check-in can be done online (via the website or mobile app) or at the airport. Online registration begins 48 hours before departure and ends two hours before departure. Check-in desks open three hours before departure and close 60 minutes before departure.

Baggage

Each passenger is allowed one piece of carry-on baggage on board. Accepted dimensions: 50 cm x 40 cm x 25 cm, maximum weight 10 kg. In addition, the passenger can carry one additional item free of charge, which must be significantly smaller than 35 cm x 20 cm x 20 cm. Maximum allowed baggage weight and dimensions: 1 bag weighing 23 kg, the bag can not exceed 158 cm (height + width + length).

Unaccompanied minors

World2Fly accepts unaccompanied minors from 5 to 11 years old. Unaccompanied Minors service is required for this age group. You can book this service at least 72 hours before your flight departure.

Infants

Infants are defined as passengers aged 15 days to 2 years, including the day of the flight. Infants do not occupy a seat. Children over two years of age are required to have their seat on the plane. If one adult travels with two infants, one seat must be purchased for one child, and the other can be held on the lap.

Pets

The airline only allows the carriage of cats and dogs, except brachycephalic and dangerous breeds. Dogs and cats are allowed to fly in the passenger cabin if they meet the following requirements: maximum weight of your pet is 8 kg, including the carrier; maximum dimensions of the carrier are 45 cm long, 39 cm wide, and 21 cm high. Pets are also allowed in the baggage compartment. The maximum weight of your pet, including the carrier is 45kg.
