Registration Check-in desks open two hours before departure and close 40 minutes before departure. Boarding for international flights begins 25 minutes before scheduled departure and ends 5 minutes before scheduled departure. Boarding for domestic flights begins 15 minutes before scheduled departure and ends 10 minutes before scheduled departure.

Animals are allowed on domestic flights only. Each passenger is allowed to carry only one pet in 1 carrier. Only two pets are allowed per flight. The total weight of your pet and its carrier may not exceed 7 kg, and the carrier must be no larger than 37 cm wide and 23 cm high.
