Registration can be done online (via the website or mobile app) or at the airport. Online check-in begins 24 hours before departure and ends three hours before departure. Check-in desks open three hours before departure and close 60 minutes before departure.

Baggage

The airline allows passengers to take one piece of hand luggage weighing no more than 7 kg and with luggage dimensions of 45 cm x 33 cm x 20 cm. Passengers are allowed 30 kg in business class and 20 kg in economy class. Any baggage exceeding the check-in baggage allowance will be charged per kg.

Unaccompanied minors

Unaccompanied children between the ages of 5 and 11 are considered unaccompanied minors, and a special service for unaccompanied minors is available, for which a special fee is charged. In addition, for children over the age of 12 years, an escort service for minors can be requested.

Infants

Infants are defined as children under two years of age. Infants may fly on the lap of an accompanying adult without a seat on the airplane. If you wish, you can buy a seat on the plane for an infant at the infant fare. If one adult is traveling with two infants, you must purchase a child ticket for one or more infants added.

Pets

All international routes between Vanuatu and New Zealand, Australia are allowed with pets. On domestic flights, the airline only allows pets on ATR72-500 aircraft. Implemented chips and pet passports are required. In many countries, medical documents are required.
