Tibet Airlines Online Check-in is available for both domestic and international flights. Passengers can finish check-in by any of the below options: mobile check-in (app check-in), online check-in, and airport check-in. Tibet Airlines online Check-in opens for 24 hours and closes 2 hours before the scheduled flight departure time. Check-in desks open three hours before departure and close 60 minutes before departure.

Passengers' free luggage allowance (including carry-on luggage and checked luggage) varies from ticket class. For each first-class ticket holder, adult or child, the free luggage allowance is 40kg (88 pounds), while it is 30kg (66 pounds) for business passengers and 20kg (44 pounds) for economy class passengers. There is no free luggage for infant ticket passengers. Weight of checked luggage should be within 50kg (110 pounds) with a volume of 40×60×100cm for every passenger, otherwise, you will be charged extra for overweight.

The airline does not provide accompaniment services for minors

Infants are considered to be children under two years of age. Therefore, they may fly on the lap of an accompanying adult without a seat on the airplane. If you prefer, you can buy a seat for an infant at the infant fare. Children over two years of age must have their own seat on the plane. If traveling as a single adult with two infants, one seat must be purchased for one infant, and the other may be held on the lap.

The airline does not allow the transportation of pets
