Registration can be done online (via the website or mobile app) or at the airport. Online check-in begins 24 hours before departure and ends 60 minutes before departure. On domestic flights, check-in desks open two hours before departure. For international flights, the check-in counters open 1.5 hours before departure. The time varies depending on the departure airport.

Each passenger can carry a free baggage allowance on board: one piece for economy class passengers. Each bag has a maximum weight of 7 kg, and the sum of the three dimensions must not exceed 115 cm (30 cm x 60 cm x 18 cm). Checked-in baggage for international and domestic flights: in economy class maximum weight allowance is 20 kg for adults and children and 10 kg for infants; in business class maximum weight allowance is 30 kg for adults and children and 10 kg for infants.

Passengers under two years of age are considered infants and must purchase infant tickets. An infant may not occupy a separate seat. A child ticket must be purchased if an infant must occupy a separate seat. Each adult may only carry one child or infant.
